By accessing and using the services provided by China Limited, UK ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.
China Limited, UK provides VPS hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with or without notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
We guarantee 99.9% network uptime for all VPS hosting services. Credits may be issued for documented downtime exceeding this threshold, subject to the terms of our SLA.
In no event shall China Limited, UK be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violation of these terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
